What does the 2% fee apply to?

The 2% fee is charged on the line-item subtotal of app-managed SKUs sold through online channels — Shopify Online Store, headless / Storefront API, and mobile. In-person Shopify POS sales and draft orders are excluded. Net of refunds, excluding shipping and tax.

What's the difference between Founding and Standard?

Founding members pay a one-time lifetime license fee — no monthly subscription, ever. After the 5 founding slots are claimed, only standard subscription will be offered. Both tiers include the full product and pay the same 2% commission.

Is there a minimum monthly fee?

Founding members have a $50 CAD/month minimum on commission to keep the instance active. Any store doing $2,500+ CAD/month in qualifying online sales clears the minimum automatically — for most active LGSes it's invisible. Standard subscribers have no separate minimum; the $199 CAD/month subscription is the floor.

Why only 5 founding slots?

Lifetime licenses come with forever-support obligations. Capping at 5 keeps the commitment manageable while letting the earliest stores lock in permanent pricing. Once filled, we won't reopen the founding tier.

Why does the lifetime price increase per slot?

Each slot sold is one more proof point that the product works. Slot 1 was claimed at $5,000 CAD as the first paid pilot. Slots 2 and 3 are priced at $7,500 CAD; slots 4 and 5 at $10,000 CAD. Lock in early to pay less.

Can I cancel the Standard subscription anytime?

Yes. Monthly, no contract. Inventory data exports to CSV on request before deactivation.

How long does setup take?

Most shops are live in 2-5 business days from kickoff: catalog import, Shopify connect, branding, and a training session.
